Our Prepress/ Art Department is fully equipped with the latest technology, to take your project from Design to Proof to Press.
Johnson Litho Graphics can also accept files ( either macintosh or pc based) electronically on disk or via email attachments or downloaded to our ftp site. You can find instructions and information for building your electronic files by clicking here.
Once in our production facility the job is flightchecked for errors, missing links, fonts etc. Any problems are addressed, necessary additions are made to the files.
The job then procedes to digital proof.
Once you have given us the OK on the proofs,
CTP plates are made for printing.
All Plate are imaged on our new Fuji Javelin HS
( high speed) platesetter.
With the addition of an auto plate loader, this dual
lazer beam device is capable of full hands free
operation, producing up to 20, 40" plates per hour.
